Data recording through ticket purchase

When you purchase tickets, your data is recorded. You share this data by filling out a reservation form. If you chose to purchase e-tickets, for example, information like your email address is required. To register minors for BRONKS workshops, we may ask for additional information, such as the participant’s name, date of birth, academic year and the name of their school. This data is stored in our CRM ticket system. Your email address is only used to ensure your booking and send you information about the performance. We might also subsequently inform you about similar activities and productions. If you wish to receive our newsletter or printed material, you can give your explicit consent when purchasing your tickets online; tick the box under ‘data recording’.

Data recording with your explicit consent

You may subscribe to our newsletters or print material via our website or info@bronks.be. By registering, you explicitly give us permission to send you information through the channel of your choice. You can unsubscribe or modify your registration at any time.

Audience pictures

Photographers are regularly present during our activities. Their photos mainly represent the artists and the overall atmosphere in the audience and may be published on our website and/or social media. Sporadically, it may happen that people in the audience are recognizable in a picture. If you don’t want to be photographed, please inform the photographer during the event. All photos are stored on BRONKS vzw’s secure server.

Our own productions are regularly filmed. This video footage is edited into promotional films and may be published on our website, newsletter and/or on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, Youtube or other social media. It may happen that some individual audience members are identifiable, even though we don’t deliberately film any faces.

The data we collect is used for market research and customer profiling, which allows us to send you more relevant information about our products and/or services, send you program information and tailor our advertising to your potential interests and needs. Occasionally we send emails or direct mailings with offers corresponding to your recent website visits.

BRONKS can only continue to exist thanks to the income we generate from the tickets purchased by our audience. That is why it’s essential for our survival to keep you informed about our programs. Hence, we use your personal data to inform you of new activities through direct mailings, newsletters, social media and printed programs sent by mail.
