What happens when you close your eyes and let yourself be guided by what you hear and feel, and by the people who are next to you or behind you? Can you let go of everything? Forget yourself?
Have you ever noticed that you can control your heartbeat by using your breathing? That you can make music just by moving, with your own body?
Lisbeth Gruwez and Maarten Van Cauwenberghe are leading names in the world of dance. This workshop, exclusively for children, is a first. But they (and we along with them) are convinced that there are no age barriers in dance; whether you’re dancing yourself, or watching someone else dance.
