A dozen young people from Brussels explore Othello and infuse it with their revolt against misogyny, racism, violence and class inequality.

The Bard gets a youthful twist through digressions, improvisation, fiery language, stunts and song. Their embroidered velvet costumes appear to have come straight from the National Theatre’s stock, but this young gang is anything but dusty. They take liberties with Othello brilliantly to play with personal questions, sensitivities and humour. Welcome to their world, to our world.
