A village of a child
and a child from a woman
and a friend of that woman
and the husband of that friend
is the father of that child

And the neighbour of that father
was a bear without a mother
in the attic of that bear
lived the Metmeer family
seven grannies and Geert
who was adopted

And they baked a cake
for the child and the woman
and the friend and the man, so the fathers
and the neighbour and the bear and the mother
and the seven grannies and Geert

Oh, what a village that was!
