When you visit our website, cookies may be stored on your computer. These are only used to help tailor the website to your preferences as a returning visitor. We use cookies to ensure the website and web shop function properly, to keep track of your shopping basket, and to recognise you as a customer on your next visit.
These cookies do not track you on other websites. You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings, but please note that some features of the website may no longer function correctly.
When purchasing tickets
When you purchase tickets or request a school performance, you enter your own data into the online form. Certain fields, like the email address field, are mandatory when you select e-tickets. Your email address is only used to ensure your tickets are correctly received and to send you related information or similar events. We store this data in the CRM of our ticketing system, Ticketmatic.
Through the registration form for newsletters and print
You can subscribe to our newsletters or to our print materials on this website. Your subscription is subject to your explicit consent. You can change or revoke your consent at any time. We store your data in the CRM of our ticketing system, Ticketmatic, and in our email marketing software, Campaign Monitor.
Audience photos
We may take photos and videos during our performances. We store these images on secure servers and use them on our website, social media channels and promotional materials. We usually capture the artists and the atmosphere, but in some cases, audience members may be identifiable on photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak to our photographer at the event.
Why do you collect my data?
BRONKS collects data for the following purposes:

Because tickets are personal, we need your (personal) data to process your order correctly. For example, to:

- inform you before or after your visit,
- contact you in case of changes or cancellations,
- inform you about similar performances that you might enjoy.
Marketing
We regularly disseminate information about our programme, both electronically (about 10 times a year) and on paper (about 4 times a year). You will only receive these bulletins after giving your explicit consent. You will never be registered for our newsletters or post automatically after a purchase. You can also change or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@bronks.be or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
