Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or reserving a ticket, or by registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please also consult our privacy policy. 

1. Tickets & performances 
  • A ticket is only valid for the date, time and performance indicated on the ticket. 
  • Please arrive on time. Latecomers will not be admitted, regardless of the reason. No refund or exchange will be granted. 
  • Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to resell your tickets, you may use Ticketswap; BRONKS cannot be held responsible for this. 
    • In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities (such as performances, workshops and courses) when the contract provides for a specific date or period. 
  • A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid reservations will be released for sale 10 minutes before the start of the performance. 
2. Cancellation by BRONKS 
  • BRONKS may cancel or reschedule a performance or activity due to force majeure (e.g. technical issues, illness of artists, extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, safety risks, etc.). 
  • Tickets are refunded only in the event of cancellation by BRONKS. 
  • In the case of rescheduling, the ticket holder may choose between a ticket for the new date or a refund.
3. Workshops 

Year-long workshops 

  • In the event of cancellation of a year-long workshop, an administrative fee of 10% will be charged, in addition to the sessions already attended. 

Holiday workshops 

  • Up to 3 weeks before the start: refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 
  • Less than 3 weeks before the start: no refund or exchange. 
  • In case of illness: refund upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. 
4. Birthday parties 
  • In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks in advance, an administrative fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged. 
  • Purchased tickets are non-refundable. 
5. School performances 
  • Changes in the number of pupils in attendance must be declared at the latest one month before the performance date.   
  • For nursery and primary schools, a maximum deviation of 10% is permitted. 
  • Complete cancellations must be made at least 2 months before the performance date. Any later cancellations will not be refundable. 
6. Groups 
  • Groups accompanied by a supervisor may adjust their numbers up to 1 hour before the start. 
  • Adjustments made on site will be charged in full. 
7. Liability 
  • BRONKS is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. 
  • BRONKS reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who do not comply with the house rules.
